2020.R2(S4): Workflow- (IE Only) Task actions text not displaying

Steps
1. Log into MxConnect on IE
2. Navigate to a store configured for workflow (In JAT all stores in zone Account Export -> MXC CF Pilot) Store 00198 Northeast Arkansas
3. Click on Workflow button
4. Click on the Task Actions

Results: The text Complete/Override are missing or Complete depending on which state of the task that you are in.

Expected: text to display as in Chrome or iOS
