2020.R2(S4):Workflow-Dependencies Warning Pop-up does not render X in IE, Chrome

Steps
1. Click on workflow tab to navigate to the next incomplete workflow instance
2. Ensure that either the ChangeOver CF, Closing CF, Deposits or Finalize day have not been clicked on
3. Click on one of the above tasks
Results: The pop-up renders, but the Dismiss X does not fully render in IE or Chrome, but works in iOS

Expected: The Dismiss X to render fully as other pop-ups in MxConnect
