Scenario - to import an allocation for an item that has an existing allocation already so that the start of the allocation can be changed to some day in the future, while an existing order has been placec

Create an allocation for 3 items for store 00440 in staging with a start data of 3/2/2020

      Process the file

      Allocation displays for the store

Modify the start date to 3/10 and process the file.

Expected : the file to process AND an Allocation to be created with the adjusted date

Actual : Getting an error in the logs that states "The start and end dates overlap multiple existing allocations."
