When I update the on-hand inventory value of an item during the order process, I would like the count history to reflect and update. This will help me to keep track of all of my inventory updates.

Details

Currently, count history is updated when an order is placed. For Correct On Hand inventory updates, the Count History should update in real-time when a on hand inventory adjustment is saved in an order.

Count History Details

When the user makes a "Correct On Hand" inventory adjustment for the first time in an order:

• A new row is created in the "Count History". Count History details populate as follows:
  • Apply Date/Time - Timestamp of the first "Correct On Hand" inventory adjustment per order
  • Count Type - Spot (#Order Number or Status#)
    • Submitted orders should include the order number as it does today for in-order on hand adjustments. When an order in the draft state, the order number has not been generated. In this case, please include the words "Draft Order" (Image 1*). If an order has been deleted please update the order number section with the words "Deleted Order" (Image 2*).

  • Submitted By - The first user to update inventory via "Correct On Hand" per order
  • Total Cost Value - Cumulative cost of updated inventory

Clicking the "View Count" button takes the user into the line item list starting with the first "Correct On Hand" inventory update followed by any subsequent "Correct On Hand" inventory updates made within that same order.

Acceptance Criteria

Confirm:

• When an on-hand inventory value is updated during the order process, the count history report is updated in real-time to reflect the change.
  • The initial on hand inventory adjustment and all subsequent on hand inventory adjustments made in the same order are consolidated in the same and correct "View Count" section.

• The Count Type is updated depending on the order state:
  • Submitted orders include the order number
  • Draft orders include the words "Draft Order"
  • Deleted orders include the words "Deleted Order"

• The Apply Date/Time value always corresponds to the first on-hand adjustment made in a specific order.
• The Submitted By user is always the user who made the first on-hand adjustment in a specific order.
• Total Cost Value updates correctly as on-hand adjustments are made in a specific order.

Changes made on 5/12 after discussion:

In order to account for orders that are deleted, we need to send CFA something to tell them that the COH Count will not be associated with a Supply Order Number (sent in the SO Export)

• Deleted Orders will be the negative instance of the Sales Order number (Count History to be updated to look at negative value rather than -99999)
• Create event that can be used to send the Count Export when the reference number is updated to be a negative value (see CFAMX-9444)
  • This will be done in code, and will not require any additional config, the existing task will be fired
