Forecast - Update Forecast Events to support new imported Actual , based on Net Sales

As an Operator, I would like Forecast Events for any store using an AWS forecast to correctly use either Actual sales or Gross Actual (as implemented in INF-10956 INF-10956 - Story.pdf ) so that my Events are accurate

Notes

• Enhance the Forecast Events pipeline to use either the Actual or the Gross Actual, when updating the system forecast to account for events created for restaurants whose forecast is imported from AWS.
  • Note: No change is required for the Events Reversal as the reversal pipeline is skipped for imported forecasts
• When the adjustment amount for a day included in an Auto Event is calculated, either the Gross Actual or Actual should be used, depending on how the forecast was generated
• The Forecast Events for any days using the AWS Forecast should use the new formula defined in when determining Actual values to calculate the System forecast
• Any store using the InFORM forecast values should continue to use the original formula.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that either the Actual or the Gross Actual values will be used when calculating Forecast Event Adjustment for days that are using Imported Forecasts.
   • InFORM generated = Net Sales = Actual
   • Imported + Net Sales = Net Sales = Actual
   • Imported + Gross Sales = Gross Actual
2. Confirm that current Forecast Events logic remain the same for stores with InFORM generated forecast.
3. Confirm that current Forecast Events logic remain the same for stores with imported forecasts based on Gross Actual.
