Paid In/Out Page - Add support for new type of category

As an operator I want to be able to view, but not edit Paid In/Out events that are related to Tips so that I can reconcile data from the POS

• Update Paid In Out page
• GL account code: 1279 9000
  • This code is for the “Delivery Tips” category that should be used for both the Tip Paid In and the Tip Paid Out. One new category for both Event types.

Acceptance Criteria

When viewing the Paid In/Out page:

1. Confirm that there is a new configuration allow the mapping of a GL Code to a Delivery Tip code
   • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Administration
     • Paid In/Out - Delivery Tip GL Code
     • test: The code(s) entered here are used on the Paid In/Out page to consolidate Paid In records and remove the category type from selection when adding or editing a Paid In or Paid Out.
2. Tip Paid In
   • New Paid In Category not available for selection when adding a record
   • New Paid In Category not available for selection when editing a record
   • Tip Paid In should be aggregated into a single record the the day (one record for All Cashiers/All transactions)
   • Tip Paid In record cannot be edited
   • Tip Paid In record cannot be deleted
3. Tip Paid Out
   • New Paid Out Category not available for selection when adding a record
   • New Paid Out Category not available for selection when editing a record
   • Tip Paid Out transactions will come across, and should be displayed, as individual records
   • Tip Paid Out records cannot be edited
   • Tip Paid Out records cannot be deleted
4. Be sure to test:
   • Multiple Tip Paid Ins on one cashier
   • One Tip Paid Ins on multiple cashiers
   • Multiple Tip Paid Ins on multiple cashiers
   • Multiple Tip Paid Outs on one cashier
   • One Tip Paid Outs on multiple cashiers
   • Multiple Tip Paid Outs on multiple cashiers
   • Lots of different Paid In/Out events per shift, include Tip Paid In/Out events
5. Confirm that the Tip Paid In category is NOT inserted into the database as a part of the deployment (this is done by script)
6. Confirm that the Tip Paid Out category is NOT inserted into the database as a part of the deployment (this is done by script)
