Description

Bamboo 7 has been released, so we need to upgrade the build server to run the latest.

We also need to set the system property Dbamboo.bitbucket.cloud.use.workspace.api=true as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/configuring-your-system-properties-289277345.html

Then we need to create the R3 build plan
