As a user, I want to see all the items when the item maintenance page is loaded so that I can find the item that I want to review as I might not have marked it as a favorite item.
Notes
- Currently the Item Maintenance page defaults to favorites (by design), however users are loading the page, searching for items, that are not favorites, and cannot find them as the search only works across the selected filter
- CFA have asked us to change the default filter on page load, from View Favorites to View All
Acceptance Criteria:
- Confirm that Item Maintenance defaults to View All filter
- Confirm that the order of the filters is changed so that View All is the first option, and View Favorites is the second option
- Confirm that the other filters (View Favorites, View Suggested Items and View Item with Zero Cost) on the pages still work as expected
- Confirm that BOM cost is calculated and updated with no performance impact when Item Maintenance page defaults to the View All filter
