      Description

      As a system I want Vendor associations to be created and maintained via the location import so that vendor specific zones can be used in the InFORM Order Guide application

      Notes

      Zones Types Impacted:

      • Location-DistributorName
        • Note: These zones are manually setup as a part of adding a new Vendor. It maybe that we only need a script to be provided to update these values
      • Location-DistributionCenter
        • Maintained by the location import

      These zones are maintained in the Location using the following data points

      <dist:Distributor>
      <dist:Name>MBM CORPORATION</dist:Name>
      <dist:ShortName>MBM</dist:ShortName>
      <dist:DistributionCenter>MCN</dist:DistributionCenter>
      </dist:Distributor>

      • Location-DistributorName = dist:Name
      • Location-DistributionCenter = dist:ShortName + "-" + dist:DistributionCenter

      There is also a link between the Location-DistributorName and a Vendor, which is maintained in tbVendor.VendorZoneId

      A vendor may be associated to multiple zones.
      A vendor can only be associated to one VendorZoneId.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm when a new Location-DistributionCenter zone is created, it is correctly associated to a vendor (tbVendorZone)
      2. Confirm when the code is deployed, the existing zones are correctly associated with a vendor
