Update:
Five Scripts are attached. Four of them are stored procedures on the "Testing" schema. The fifth one is named "Order Guide Test Runner" that will be used to:
1) setup the data
2) see the items and rules created
Applying the rules will still need to be a manual step.
3) tear the data down afterwards
