Description

Store 02206/ Entity ID 1166/ April 9 and 10 / InFORM testing
After changing the ForcastBasis to 0 for forcastId 's --where forecastId in (2778793,2780594)
A new "Actual" legend is displayed in purple
However when you look at the System Accuracy - it is no longer being calculated

DEFECT - System Accuracy is not displayed for Actual - NA is displayed

NOTE - Gross Actual and Actual appear to be working fine.
