2020.R3(S2): Cannot find "on screen" customer when Multiple Customer ellipse exists

Steps
1. Navigate to Store and URL (Through clicking task in workflow)
2. Enter "PTA" (text on screen, not ellipse) in the search box

Results: Cannot find the "Applied To" customer displayed on screen.

Expected Results: Find the Applied to customer displayed on screen, not necessarily the ellipse.
