Inconsistency when changing date formats on User level

Changing the date format of a user to  ShortDateFormat = 'D-MM-YYYY', LongDateFormat = 'd. MMMM YYYY'

Click on Cash Management / Dispatch

Take note of the date formats

As you can see Years are displayed wrong in the bottom dates

Changing the Format for YYYY to yyyy

Refresh the page on Inform https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Financial/DepositsDispatch

Take note of the top date
