Scenario - 00442 in JAT / April 16
Created 2 TBC invoices -
#1 Before and After
Bloomington Hospital had a balance already of $11.51
Created TBC for Bloomington Hospital in the amount of $15
Customer Management Balance = $26.51

#2 Before and After
JANATTE HARTGROVE had a balance of $0
Created a TBC for JANATTE HARTGROVE in the amount of $25

REFUND #1 and #2

Defect : Both Customers still have the invoice on the Customer Management Page
