CLONE 2020R2 - Collected Sales - Apply Payment and Paid Out takes 25 seconds

When I do either of these it takes 25 seconds to complete and return the user back to the Collected Sales page

Select Eastside Lacrosse
Click Apply to Invoice button
Click Continue
Click the Actions button
Click Paid Out action
Confirm Apply Payment opens with Eastside Lacrosse displayed
Click OK

Defect - The processing time of the system take 25 seconds.

User lands on Apply Payment page
Click Split and search for Eastside Booster Club
Apply $1 to Eastside Booster Club
Click Actions
Click Apply & Paid Out
Confirm Apply Payment displays
Select Eastside Lacrosse
Click OK
