Story 2

When I create an exclude rule for an inventory item, I would like that item available for 90 days after the exclude date so that I can still make adjustments to the item and my inventory.

Details

A new configuration should be created to control this functionality:

New Config - Mobile > Inventory > Number of days to discontinue item on Item Maintenance

Create a configurable grace period for Item Maintenance rules that extends the availability of the item past the end date defined in a rule.
The grace period should only be configurable by admin users.
The default configuration for the grace period should be 90 days
4/29 - The job should look back, configuration + 7 days. The + 7 days allows the job to fail for a few days, and then auto correct itself when it does run on day 5.

UAC

Inventory items persist after the end date of a rule based on the configured grace period.
Once the grace period has passed, the current end date functionality is honored.
Confirm that the default configuration for the grace period is 90 days.
