As an operator I want the completion of the Finalize Day task to be linked to the workflow instance to that I cannot get out of sync between my workflow and the days that I have finalized
Notes
- This came out of the workflow review with CFA
- Is it possible to put a check in the completion of the Finalize Day task to check that the day being finalized has an open Workflow Instance?
- Based on feedback from CFA, sometimes stores do get out of sync, by completing the Finalize Day task without doing it on the correct workflow day
- Investigate how many stores are delinquent in Prod
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that when completing the workflow in MxC there is a link between the Finalize Day page and the Workflow date, and that a day cannot be finalized if there is not a valid workflow instance for that day
- Confirm that if the user attempts to Finalize a Day that does not have an associated workflow they are warned that the action cannot be performed and why it cannot be performed (you have previous workflows that are not yet completed)
- Investigate how many stores are delinquent in Prod
