2020.R3(S2): Investigate possible workflow race condition - workflow Jumps two days on Finalize Day

This would probably not happen in production.

While completing many workflows to get to the current day in JAT - Store 00198, the "technique" is to complete closing change fund upto the current day and then click on all the workflow tasks until finalize day and then complete the finalize day with no sales.

Environment: JAT
Build: CFA - 20.3.0.3177
Browser: Chrome
Store/Date: 00198 Northwest Arkansas Mall (EntityId = 123)/Apr 3, 8 and 13th

Steps
1. Navigate to Store/Date/URL
2. Click on the Workflow Icon to view the workflow
3. View the above dates

Results: Workflow was completed with all tasks overridden before user could interact with the page.
