CLONE 2020R2 - Transfer Summary Report - does not display DECLINED transfers

Scenario: Store 01919 transfers to Store 01172 - 2 Items/ 5 cases each item
Tranfers 5 Cases of CHICKEN, BKFST FILET SPICY
Transfers 5 Cases of Marinade, Citrus Brkfst Filet

Store 01172 Receives these items as follows:
Item #1 - CHICKEN, BKFST FILET SPICY
Receives 2 Cases of CHICKEN, BKFST FILET SPICY
AND
Declines 3 Cases of CHICKEN, BKFST FILET SPICY

Item #2 - Marinade, Citrus Brkfst Filet
Receives 3 Cases of Marinade, Citrus Brkfst Filet
AND
Declines 2 Cases of Marinade, Citrus Brkfst Filet

Transfer History Displays this correctly:

Defect: Transfer Summary Report displays 2 rows for each item and a Status of Received in the upper level header. The report is not displaying that the items were Declined, which are displayed as the 1st 2 rows in the details section.

Note: when a Transfer is completely Declined as status of Declined is displayed. In this case, I have Declined all items that were transferred from 01172 to store 01919.
