EOM - Show more categories for DWH restaurants in the Expenses to be Transferred section

As a Dwarf House manager I want to see the same categories that a multi-unit operator sees when completing the Expenses to be Transferred section, so that I can transfer wages between restaurants

As a Dwarf House manager I want to see the specific categories, in a similar way that a multi-unit operator sees additional categories, when completing the Expenses to be Transferred section, so that I can transfer wages between restaurants

Notes

• This story is NOT being patched back to 2020R2
• There is a configuration option that is used to control the 'extra' categories for multi-unit operators
  • Configuration Manager - Mobile > Admin > Filter categories for operator store
• The current logic is based on an operator having access to multiple stores, this request is to expand this to Dwarf House Restaurant managers
• DWH restaurants can be identified via:
  • Entity Manager > Attributes tab > Brand = Dwarf House
  • Store numbers start with 7
  • Zone = Location-ConceptCode = DWH
• Add a new config, to future proof ourselves, to enable specific 'extra' categories for DWH restaurants

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a configuration option so specify which 'extra' categories can be viewed by a Dwarf House Manager
   • Configuration Manager - Mobile > Admin > Filter categories for Dwarf House Filter Category for Dwarf House Stores ^New
   • text: Set value controls what Expense to be Transferred Categories show only for DWH stores
2. Confirm that those categories entered into the new configuration option are correctly displayed when logged in to a DWH store
3. Confirm that those categories entered into the new configuration option are not displayed when logged in to a regular CFA store
