As a consultant who is deploying 2020R3, I want a script that I can run (manually if necessary) that will clean up those Entity Items that should be marked as Not In Use
Notes
- We are currently in a situation where there are Entity Items displayed in Item Maintenance that should not be
- Once this feature is implemented we will be able to maintain
- However, we need to go in and clean up the historical data
- It maybe that the new job can be run to clean up this data, or it maybe that a separate script is needed
- This story should be used to evaluate which option is best
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the output of this story is tested against the sandbox, and the run time is a few minutes
- Confirm that the output of this story cleans up the data as expected, those items that don't have active VEIs are no longer displayed in Item Maintenance
