2020.R3(S3): Cashier Settlement does not rollback after Cashier is released

Navigate to a day where all the cashiers have been settled
Click on the Cashier settlement workflow task
Results: Task auto-completes
Now, release the cashier and observe the Cashier released toast messge
Exected Results: Cashier settlement task to rollback to the light blue state

If you refresh the workflow, the task does rollback to dark blue, but I shouldn't have to refresh the workflow. If the task returns to light blue, that would be consistent with the TBC Outside sales and how Paid In/Out behave.
