CLONE 2020R2 - Order Guide - Introduce an item using a Vendor Based Rule

As an administrator of the Order Guide I want to the Vendor based zones to account for the associated vendor so that when I create a rule using these zones items are applied as I expect

Notes

• The zone types that support vendors are:
  • Location-DistributorName
  • Location-DistributionCenter
  • Location-AdHoc
• Hierarchy for applying rules
  • Restaurant - most important
  • Vendor Zone
  • Zone - least important

Use cases to tackle

• Two vendors are associated to a restaurant, and a rule is created to assign an item to the restaurant
• 
• Two vendors are associated to a restaurant, and two rules are created to assign an item to the restaurant
• 
• Two vendors are associated to a restaurant, and two rules are created for one of the vendors to assign an item to the restaurant
• 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when a one vendor zone based rule is applied, to a restaurant that has two national vendors associated with it, that only one Vendor Entity Item is created/updated, and that VEI is for the vendor on which the rule is based
2. Confirm when a one vendor zone based rule is applied, to a restaurant that has two national vendors associated with it, that a Vendor Entity Item is NOT created/updated for the second vendor (the one that is not included by the rule)
3. Confirm when a two vendor zone based rules are applied, to a restaurant that has two national vendors associated with it, that two Vendor Entity Items are created/updated, based on the details in the rule
