The initial script to create transfers was foiled by the Cloning process, so we have to rethink our plan 
(Original CFAMX-8869)
We need a script that inserts transfers into all store, some summary details:
- Two transfers per store
- One transfer should be for 1/15/20 and should not be Received
- One transfer should be for 1/16/20 and should be Received
- For both transfers:
- The sending store should NOT be the Receiving store
- The Created by User, should be any a user within the db, NOT one of the InFORM.Training Users
- Each transfer should contain at least two items, and each item should have a quantity than it greater than two
- I believe that the items used in
CFAMX-8869are good, but the quantities need to be increased to support partial declines, once R3 is deployed into the Training environment
