As a user creating a Zone rule, I want to be able to search for zones within the Name field so that I can select a zone without scrolling through the list.
Notes
- There are two rule types. Zone and Restaurants, when creating a Restaurant rule the user has the ability to search for a specific restaurant, however when creating a Zone rule the user has to scroll through a list. When a Zone rule type is being created, update the Name field to support searching, within the list of available zones, rather than scrolling through a list of zones.

- Confirm when creating a Zone rule the user can search within the Name field in order to select a specific zone
