CLONE 2020R1 - Inform forecast inaccurate over several days

Store 00677 DLPS batch sizes being very high.

After reviewing the forecast evaluation tool and helpdesk tool, we are seeing that the sales item forecast for some items at a given daypart are very large - resulting in their batch sizes being high.  While this occurred over several days in the past two weeks, an example is at the 5:45PM interval on 4/21/2020 where it states that there is a demand of 161 CFA Sandwiches (PIN 160001) in that 15 minutes (along with high numbers across that 1 hr range).

Can you look into the sales item forecast generation at this store to see if there is anything mis-configured that would be causing this to occur?
