Counts - Show 3 previous inventory item count lines on iPad

As a supply chain user who performs inventory counts, I would like to have the previous three items I counted, within the current location, displayed.

This enhancement will help the user determine the last item counted by keeping the focus in the middle of the page.

Detail:
Add logic so the focus of the count page is middle justified, allowing for at least three inventory lines (when available) are above the inventory item currently being counted.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm, for a Spot Count, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
2. Confirm, for a Daily Count, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available)inventory item lines above it.
3. Confirm, for a Weekly Count, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
4. Confirm, for a Monthly Count, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
5. # Confirm, for a Custom Count 1, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
6. Confirm, for a Custom Count 2, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
7. # Confirm, for a Custom Count 3, the inventory item currently being counted is displayed on the page, with at least three (when available) inventory item lines above it.
8. Confirm the inventory item currently being counted is displayed appropriately for all travel path locations.
9. Confirm that if there is less than a page worth of inventory items, no scrolling takes place on the count screen.
