Food Donations - Restrict entry of values to 99

      Description

      Some stores have accidentally entered Food Donations for values greater than 99, to prevent this from happening in the future, the Food Donation UI should be updated to prevent the user from entering more than 99. Currently the UI allows a max of 999.
