As an Operator entering Food Donation I want to be prevented from entering a value greater than 99 when recording a Food Donation so that errors are captured
Notes
- Current;y the screen prevents the user from entering more than 999, change this to be 99
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when a user enters a value that is larger than 99 the cell is highlighted in red, indicating an error and the Finish button is disabled
- Confirm when a value of 99 or less in entered the Finish button is enabled and the cell is not in error
