As an admin I want to be able to include and exclude restaurants from using the InFORM Order Guide process

- Confirm that there is a new configuration option:
- MMS > Operations > Setup > Configuration Manager
- Mobile > Administration > Use InFORM Vendor Item Assignment
- The default value should be false
