CLONE 2020R4 - Processing Time - Add max hours configuration

As an above store user I want to be able to configure the max hours for processing time, so that if in the future an item comes up that has a processing time longer than 48 hours it can be configured through Item Maintenance

Notes

• Currently the max hours is hard coded to 48, CFA have already asked that we increase this to be 72. Let's make it a config
• There is already a config for enabling Processing time, this is shared between the wizard (MMS), and Create Order/Item Maintenance (MxC)
  • Break these apart:
    • Keep the current config option for MxC
    • Update the MMS Wizard so that the Processing Times fields are always displayed, i.e. there is no specific config to control their display
    • Add a new configuration for Max Processing Time Hours, that accepts an integer value, up to 99
• Use the new processing time max hours when validating the value entered in
  • MMS > Wizard
  • MxC >Item Maintenance

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new configuration setting for Max Processing Hours
   • Mobile > Administration > Max Processing Time Hours
   • text: This value is used to control the maximum value of hours entered for processing time in the MMS-Wizard and MxC-Item Maintenance
   • Allowed values - Integers 0-99
   • Default value - 0
2. Confirm when the new configuration is set to a value greater than zero, it becomes the max hours that can be entered for Processing time in the Wizard
3. Confirm when the new configuration is set to a value greater than zero, it becomes the max hours that can be entered for Processing time in the Item Maintenance
4. Confirm that the existing configuration, Create Order - Use Processing Times, is now only used by MxC
   • The two configs should be independent of one another, although in reality both will need to be enabled in order to use Processing Time
5. Confirm that the Processing Time fields are always displayed in the Wizard, in other words there is no config to control visibility
