Add Attribute: Processing Time for Suggested Items

      Description

      An issue that suggested ordering users experience is that frozen product and some catering product does not arrive early enough to allow for prep time.
      For example: chicken takes 24 hours to thaw, so when an order is placed to cover until Thursday, and there is a large catering order on Friday, the product that needs to be thawed (to fulfill Friday's catering order) is not included in the suggested quantity.
      We’d like to add an item attribute where we can define an item-level configurable “processing time”. The configured hours then would be added to the forecast range for that item in the suggested ordering formula.

      • ability to configure per item per restaurant (we’d want to set the times to begin with, but I think also allow the restaurants to edit)
      • update the suggested order formula to include extra time in the forecast (or shift the forecast up by the number of hours)
      • visibility into the processing time on the create order page (perhaps in the forecast tooltip)
      Configuration
      1. Configure processing time for an item
        • Wizard - Maintain Inventory Item
          • Base Information > Processing Time (hours)
      2. Item Maintenance
        • Configuration Manager > Administration > Display Processing Time on Item Maintenance
          • Do Not Display Processing Time
          • Display Processing Time for configured items
          • Allow store overrides of Processing Time
      3. Use Processing Time when generating an order:
        • Vendor Setting
          • Corporate > Admin > Vendors > Use Processing Time for Suggested Orders
        • Store Setting - Configuration Manager
          • Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Use Processing Times

      Stories

      1. Update wizard to include new field for Processing/Thaw Time
        • Update default item table
        • Will need to support store override of default value
      2. Update Item maintenance to display/override the Processing/Thaw Time
        • Add new configuration option to display
        • Add new permission to edit
