Processing Time - Reset Store Overrides with HO value

As an admin I want the Processing Time to be switched off if I set the value back to zero so that the item no longer has a Processing Time at any stores

Notes

• This story builds on CFAMX-8891 and CFAMX-8896
• The goal of this story is to ensure that changes can be made by HO, in the Wizard, and depending on if there is a store override in place or not, changing the value at the store.
  Processing Time changed by HO, in the Wizard

1. HO = Store (no override in place) -> The Processing Time at the store will reflect the HO value
2. HO != Store (override in place) -> The Processing Time at the store will NOT be updated, the override will stay in place
3. HO set to zero - This is akin to turning off the Processing Time for an item, across the board. In this case both the Ho values and Store values are set to zero, meaning that the item will no longer use a Processing time when an order is created

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when the HO Processing Time is equal to the store Processing time, and the HO processing time is changed, this change is reflected at the store
2. Confirm when the HO Processing Time is NOT equal to the store Processing time (there is a store override), and the HO processing time is changed, the store override is retained
3. Confirm when the HO Processing Time is NOT equal to the store Processing time (there is a store override), and the HO processing time is changed to zero, the store override is removed, resulting in ALL stores no longer having a Processing Time configured.
   • Confirm that the Processing Time panel in Item Maintenance is now disabled
