Description

As an operator I want the processing time to account for Sundays, differently to the rest of the week, so that when I place an order that has a Cover Until of Saturday, my forecast covers thru Monday

Notes

Sundays are special as they have 0 sales forecast
This ticket is to deal with an order that has a Cover Until of Saturday (stores that receive deliveries six days a week) and want the Processing Time to cover the next 24/36 business hours, leading into Monday, when Sunday is Closed
Also skip Closed Days
Account for a consecutive closed day and Sunday (For example Christmas day falls on Saturday, or Monday)

Acceptance Criteria

Confirm when an order is placed with a cover until which is the day before a Holiday, and an item has a process time that results in a time shift into that closed day, skip that closed day
