Food Donation > Update "Raw and Finished Waste by Date Range Report" to filter by Food Donations

As a Store Manager I would like the ability to filter data in the existing Raw and Finished Waste by Date Range Report to run for a specific reason code so that I can better account for Food Donations

Notes

• Restaurant > Reports > additional Reports > Store Reports > Raw and Finished Waste by Date Range
• Add a filter to show only Food Donations (see CFAMX-1636)
  • Not selected by default (in other words all reason codes are included)
  • When selected only Waste Adjustments with a Reason Code of Food Donations are returned in the report
• Add a new column, when run in Food Donation mode only
  • Fair Market Value
    • Located between Value and Apply Date
    • Displayed as money, to 2 decimal places
    • Fair Market Value = Quantity * Fair Market Value of the item (CFAMX-1299)
• Include FMV in Subtotals
• Include FMV in Totals

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm there is a new filter on the report parameters of the Raw and Finished Waste by Date Range Report that when selected shows only transactions that use a Reason Code of Food Donations
2. Confirm there is a new filter on the report parameters of the Raw and Finished Waste by Date Range Report that when NOT selected shows all waste transactions, for all reason codes
3. Confirm that there is a new column in the report, when run in Food Donation mode:
   • Fair Market Value
     • Located between Value and Apply Date
     • Displayed as money, to 2 decimal places
     • Fair Market Value = Quantity * Fair Market Value of the item (CFAMX-1299)
4. Confirm that FMV is included in Subtotals
5. Confirm that FMV is included in Totals
6. Confirm that the report displays data correctly for PDF
7. Confirm that the report displays data correctly for HTML
8. Confirm that the report displays data correctly for Excel
