Story
As an admin, I would like the suggested order export to include both the negative on hand value and the zero used to calculate the suggested order total.
Details
With story CFAMX-12801, suggested order will now be calculated using zero for the current inventory value when the on hand total is negative. In order to maintain the integrity of the suggested order export, we need to include the current on hand value and the value used to calculate a and order amount for suggested items.
- This story should include a database update that tracks when an item was ordered using zero for on hand but the actual on hand value was negative.
- The suggested order export should only include this updated information when the system on hand is negative and the suggested order value for an item has been calculated using zero instead of the negative value.
AC
Confirm
- The suggested order export includes:
- The current on hand for ordered, suggested items
- The value used to calculate the suggested total
- The export only includes this updated data when a negative on hand value has been replaced by zero in the suggested order calculation.
