As an admin, I would like data emailed to me about how many stores submit monthly count using the "Use On Hand Values" functionality

Use On Hand Values

CFA would like to know, of the locations that have access to suggested counts, and which locations are actually using suggested counts. They have agreed to use the query mailer functionality to accomplish this task.

• Export Data
  • "Store Name and Number"
    • A list of all stores with access to the "Use On Hand Values* functionality.
  • "Previous Monthly Count Submitted Using Suggested Count?"
    • Was the last monthly count submitted using the suggested count functionality? "Yes" / "No"
  • "Last Suggested Count Date - Past 6 Months"
    • The date of the last monthly count that was submitted using the "Use On Hand Values" functionality
  • "Total Suggested Counts - Past 6 Months"
    • A sum of the monthly counts submitted using the "Use On Hand Values" functionality looking back 6 months.
• Email Details
  • Subject Line - "Suggested Count Usage Data
  • Body - Attached is a summary of "Suggested Count" usage for the past 6 months.
  • .CSV and .XLSX version of the data attached to the email.
