As a third party system I want the values included in the Transfer export to reflect the values that were recorded in the Transfer so that an accurate inventory movement can be tracked

- The Transfer export is fired whenever a Transfer is Received
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that when a value is recorded in the Case field, it is accurately reflected in the Transfer Export
- Confirm that when a value is recorded in the Inner field, it is accurately reflected in the Transfer Export
- Confirm that when a value is recorded in the Metric Unit field, it is accurately reflected in the Transfer Export
- Confirm that when a value is recorded in the Base Unit field, it is accurately reflected in the Transfer Export
