      Description

      Feature Request from CFA

      Upon speaking with the Suggested Count/Cycle Counting team and viewing the reports we've created for them, they would like an additional way to pull suggested count data for items and stores. They would like an excel file download that includes all items at all stores, including the system value, the submitted value, whether or not the item was user edited, the cost associated with the item at the time of the count, and the extended cost of the item in total. When initially discussing this, I plan to invite Lorenzo Garibaldi from the Suggested Count team to express what the Suggested Count/Cycle Counting team would like to see in this larger report.

      Report Details Line Items

      • All items at all suggested count stores
      • The suggested system value for all items
      • The submitted value for all items
      • Was suggested count value user edited?
        • (The user should be able to tell this if the Suggested and Submitted value are not the same.)
      • Individual costs of each item at the time of the count
      • Extended costs of an item in total

      This new report is in addition to the reports that we have already created in "Report Portal > Admin"

      • Suggested Count Usage By Item
      • Suggested Count Usage By Store

      It will be run periodically by admin users only. We still need to make sure that the system can handle the query effectively.
