As a user, I would like to know when a count was applied in the suggested count export.
Story Goal
We need to add the applied count timestamp into the Suggested Count Export. This will help user to better understand and sort the data.
AC
- A column is added to the end of the existing columns labeled: "Count Applied"
- The applied count timestamp correctly populates this field when applicable for each item.
- If there is no applied timestamp, the field is blank.
- This data and column is available in the export when run from MMS or MxC.
