As an admin, I would like to be able to translate the Inventory Extension report so that it can be reviewed by users in multiple languages.

We need to translate all the elements of the Inventory Extension Report.
Inventory Extension Report
There are multiple ways that this report is delivered to the user.
- Through the Report Portal
- As an email attachment via the "Monthly Count is Applied" auto notification
