As an admin, I would like the “Finalize Closed Workflow Days” help desk scrip to finalize workflow dates up to the “Workflow Catch Up date” when I click “Execute”.

Details

• “Last Finalized Date”
  • This date is the last finalized workflow date before the oldest unfinalized workflow date. The Closing Change Fund from this date will update the Opening Change Fund for the “Catch Up Date” when the user chooses to execute

• “Catch Up Date”
  • This is the date that the script stops. It is the last unfinalized date in sequence that has sales or user entered data. The script should finalize the days before the catch up date and after the last finalized day.

1. When the admin clicks “Execute” in the Review modal, the script finalizes all the unfinalized workflows up to the catch up date for all stores selected starting with the the last finalized date.
2. The closing change fund from the last finalized day becomes the opening change fund for the catch up date.
3. Finalizing workflow days with the script does not impact other manually finalized days in the range.

Updated AC from the 8/31 Meeting

1. The script automatically marks days as closed when there are zero sales and no paid in/paid outs.
2. If there are sales or Paid in/Paid outs in a day the script should not finalize that day.
3. The opening change fund of the catch up day is updated from the closing change fund of the last finalized day.
