Ability to add more User Accounts to Training

In October, a need was identified to add additional user accounts to the Training3 environment. Currently, we do not have a way to replicate the existing data per restaurant. As a short term solution, we created another environment with a replicated database but this environment will be going away so we the ability to create the user/store accounts based on an existing user/store account such that all the data is replicated for the new user but against a different location.
