Description
Occasionally when generating a Day Track report the report will generate with missing labor data with multiple attempts
Environment : PROD
Store : example stores 04033, 03700
Steps
1. Navigate to https://inform.cfahome.com/mms_logon.aspx?bypass_sso=true
2. Mobile > Select Store 03700 > Reports > Day Track > Select Month July > Select Generate Report > Select Generate Report > Select Generate Report > Select Generate Report
Results :
Occasionally when generating the Day Track report the labor data is missing
Expected : For every time that the Day Track report is generated that the labor data is present
Can we determine if there is anything on the Inform side that may be preventing the Day Track report from including labor data every time the report is generated?
Per CFA: "In Postman, when I directly hit the Labor API that returns this data on the CFA side, the data comes through every time. I haven't been able to make it return blank yet. This make me think something is happening on the InFORM side.
Can you provide insight into the request that InFORM is making to the Labor API, to show that it actually is hitting the API to request this data?"
