Suggested Count Export contains duplicate data

Scenario - Create a Suggested Count and run the XSLT Export on Server Manager

Steps to recreate:

1)Create a Suggested Count for a store in the Suggested Count Zone in testing (00713)

2)Run the Suggested Count Export 

3)The report is produced and is in the Archive folder for 1/11/2022 on the server

4)View and analyze the data in the report

Expected: 1 row for each counted item and each non counted item for the store

Defect: The store is displaying 4 rows for each counted item
