Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to JAT
2. Change Store to 03700 - Avalon FSU
3. Submit Monthly Count Using Suggested Counts Values
4. Navigate to Adminstration Data Export
5. Generate a Suggested Count Export for Today
6. Generate a Suggested Count Export Using Custom Range (Ex. If Monthly Count was Submitted on the 4th, choose End for the 5th)
7. Open Report and Filter by Store 03700
Expected Result
Monthly Count that was Submitted Today Should be Included in Suggested Detail Export
Actual Result
Suggested Monthly Count is included in Tomorrow's Date instead of Today
