      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to JAT
      2. Change Store to 03700 - Avalon FSU
      3. Submit Monthly Count Using Suggested Counts Values
      4. Navigate to Administration Data Export
      5. Generate a Suggested Count Export for Today to Download Center

      Expected Result
      Export Should be generated and available for Download at the Download Center

      Actual Result
      Exports are being generated on the Server but are not Showing on the Download Center
