      1. When a TBC is not associated to a Collected Sale, the details of the TBC can be updated
      2. When a TBC has been associated to a Collected Sale, the details of the TBC (Account Name, Invoice #, Description) cannot be updated
        1. There is a visual indication that a TBC has been associated to a Collected Sale (applied state)
        2. There is a popover explaining why the row is in a different state to over rows
      3. When a TBC has been marked as Uncollectible from the Customer Management page, the details of the TBC (Account Name, Invoice #, Description) cannot be updated
        1. There is a visual indication that a TBC was marked as uncollectible
        2. There is a popover explaining why the row is in a different state to over rows
      4. When a TBC and Collected Sale are no longer associated (Unapplied) the TBC is no longer shown in an applied state
      5. When a TBC and Collected Sale are no longer associated (Unapplied) the details of the TBC (Account Name, Invoice #, Description) can be updated
