- When a day is finalized that the TBC's can be viewed for that day
- When a day is finalized and the TBC's have been refunded, the are not listed on the CDS Export
- When a day is finalized that TBC's cannot be edited
- A TBC that comes in after finalize day with missing information will be editable New
- Once this TBC is set, make this TBC uneditable because the day was already Finalized
- After all TBCs are assigned for that day, then fire the export (ie. re-raise the banking close event)
- *The only exception being those that are received after the day is finalized.
- It is possible to navigate between previously finalized days using the date control
