      1. When a day is finalized that the TBC's can be viewed for that day
      2. When a day is finalized and the TBC's have been refunded, the are not listed on the CDS Export
      3. When a day is finalized that TBC's cannot be edited
      4. A TBC that comes in after finalize day with missing information will be editable New
        1. Once this TBC is set, make this TBC uneditable because the day was already Finalized
        2. After all TBCs are assigned for that day, then fire the export (ie. re-raise the banking close event)
      5. *The only exception being those that are received after the day is finalized.
      6. It is possible to navigate between previously finalized days using the date control
